What happens when you need a birthday present for a great friend, and it's kind of last minute and you aren't able to spend a bunch of money? The first thing you do is look around and see what resources are available. Next, you think about what your friend really loves. And finally, you create a whole new art medium.
In a nutshell, that's how Kim's Cigar Band Artwork started. She would create pieces for display in local cigar shops, and for family and friends, as well as a few commissioned pieces. But that all changed when she was featured in Cigar Press Magazine in early 2017, including a six-page interview as well as having her work on the cover.
